As a seasoned Lead Biostatistics Professional, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge statistical strategies for clinical trials. This role involves contributing to the planning, execution, and interpretation of advanced statistical analyses, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet regulatory and scientific standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of biostatistics efforts for assigned studies and projects.
  • Contribute to study design discussions, including protocol development and endpoint definition.
  • Author and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and ensure timely execution of sophisticated statistical analyses.
  • Provide statistical leadership in vendor oversight and management of CRO partners.
  • Regularly communicate project status to senior management and escalate issues or risks.
  • Review and provide statistical input for clinical study reports, regulatory documents, and publications.
Required Expertise
  • Master's degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics for MS-level candidates; minimum 6 years for PhD-level candidates.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming in SAS and knowledge of R and other programming languages.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methodologies and clinical trial designs.
  • Familiarity with CDISC standards and their application.
