
Chief Insurance Liaison

The position will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies.
- Meting regularly with insurance companies to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.
- Understanding client needs, existing policy terms, and portfolio information.
- Analyzing claims data and presenting findings in a meaningful format, then negotiating terms and premium amounts with insurers.
- Ensuring timely receipt of competitive quotes from insurers.
- Folloing up with insurers on agreed terms based on feedback from clients/sales teams.
- Staying abreast of new products in the market and understanding the current focus areas of insurers.
- Knowledge management, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.
Required Profile:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any stream.
- 5-12 years of experience in Insurance Company or Brokers in Insurer Relation Management role.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- A team player.
- Service-oriented individual.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
