The pricing Analytics team supports pricing managers and merchants in defining and optimizing the pricing strategies for various product categories across channels.

As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for strategic price test development, Data driven price change recommendation & measurement, and ad hoc work supporting our strategic pricing efforts.

  • Provide cluster-specific data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards, reporting & insights.
  • Design, develop and apply statistical approaches/models for specific business problems (Price Testing, Price Change, Post Mortem & Category review).
  • Design and develop processes to gather, explore, structure, enrich, and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources.
  • Develop scalable retail test processes and frameworks for design of experiment, test v/s control testing, baseline development, assessment, and recommendations.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to accumulate, evaluate, and generate insights from disparate data sources.
  • Experience in Data mining and visualization tool such as Power BI, Excel, GCP, and SQL (ETL).
  • Story building with data – Presentations that depict results in a way that can be shared across levels & actionable insights.
  • Technical expertise in Tableau, Knime, Power Automate.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Python, statistical concepts/modeling.
  • Experience in Pricing Analytics or Marketing Analytics or Retail Analytics.
