Decision Point develops analytics and big data solutions for CPG, Retail, and Consumer-focused industries, working with global Fortune 500 clients. Role Description

This is a full-time Data Engineer (Lead) position specializing in AWS and PySpark. The role is a hybrid position located in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures, data modeling, creating and managing ETL processes, and working with data warehousing and data analytics tools. The lead will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Qualifications

  • Data Engineering and Data Modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and Data Warehousing
  • Experience with Data Analytics tools
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and PySpark
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with remote teams
  • Experience in the CPG or Retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
