About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making across our business and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL and manipulating large datasets within databases. Additionally, advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, vlookup/hlookup, and graph creation, is essential.

A background in the banking industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
  1. As the primary point of contact for reporting/data management needs, you will be responsible for driving complex data analysis and proposing improvements to existing tools and reports.
  2. You will establish best practices in data management, visualization, and report distribution.
  3. You will understand requirements and convert them into technical and business deliverables.
  4. You will leverage data warehouses and other sources to answer business queries.
  5. You will perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner.
  6. You will coordinate with the development team and review/revise reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Business Analysis
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure
  • Desire and ability to rapidly learn new technical skills
