
HR Administrator Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced HR & Administration professional to join our team. As an HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction on all aspects of human resources and administration.
About the Role:We are seeking a results-driven and forward-thinking individual who can lead our HR and administration functions with expertise and professionalism. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR and administration, preferably in an IT or tech environment.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, discipline, and grievances.
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably in an IT or tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
