As a leading role in our organization, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our franchise network across designated regions.

Job Responsibilities

This position requires a proactive individual who can lead, guide and train team members while building and nurturing relationships with potential franchise partners.

  • Market Identification & Strategy:
    • Collaborate with regional teams to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion.
    • Analyse market data to identify key growth opportunities.
  • Team Management & Collaboration:
    • Manage and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyse and call leads from potential areas.
    • Provide guidance, training and support to ensure alignment with franchise selection criteria.
  • Lead Generation & Meetings:
    • Shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with our standards.
    • Oversee the scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.
  • Area Visits & Prospect Engagement:
    • Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.
    • Pitch our franchise model to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.
  • Franchise Conversion & Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process by converting the right profiles into franchise partners.
    • Ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within set timelines.
  • Performance Management:
    • Achieve franchise onboarding targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently.
    • Regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in franchise conversion.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred) and 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations or sales. Key qualifications include proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding and target achievement, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities, and willingness to travel extensively.
