Business Development Specialist

As a key member of the Client Servicing team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives. In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored solutions to facilitate their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily client meetings to ensure client satisfaction and platform utilization
* Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling
* Ensure systematic follow-up, time-bound closures and prompt resolution of complaints

Qualifications:

Any graduation or Any PG

Candidate Attributes:

The essential skills required for the role are active listening, good verbal and written communication, ability to work independently and customer orientation.
