Job Title: Business Development Specialist

A successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads across Central Ministries, State Governments, PSUs, NIC, DRDO, MeitY, Smart City bodies, education boards, and e-governance units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through research and analysis of market trends and customer needs.
  • Government-Specific Sales Activities: Collaborate with sales teams to submit documents in compliance with government procurement norms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and bid management teams to execute territory/account-specific strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales/lead generation for IT solutions in the Government or PSU space.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and digital tools proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with IT solutions in Virtualization, IAM, Endpoint Security, or Remote Work.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
