Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Pragmaedge Software Solutions Private Limited. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions.
  • Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven experience in sales and business development with a strong understanding of the B2B sales process.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM: Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing tools.
