Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at JIVA InfoTech Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and initiate contact with CXO-level executives to generate leads
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business development objectives
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships through effective communication and follow-up
  • Manage a minimum call quota per day to US-based prospects and execute cold calls and email campaigns
  • Meet or exceed quarterly business development objectives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's competitive positioning

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in sales, preferably in IT solution or product sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Experience in working in a regional sales model in the US, with knowledge of ecommerce or ERP solutions sales a plus
  • Strong C-level/board-level communication and presentation skills, with adaptability and ability to change objectives quickly

Desired Skills:

  • MBA preferred, but a BA or BS with relevant work experience can also apply
  • Strong analytic and probing skills, attention to detail, good listening skills, and good organizational skills
