About the Role

HireBloc is seeking a skilled Human Resource Executive to join our team. This is a pivotal position that ensures the smooth functioning of HR operations, supporting various HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Handle employee relations and address grievances or conflicts.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Administer and monitor employee benefits and compensation.
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and records.
  • Participate in disciplinary actions and termination processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy and planning.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Understanding of performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement and motivation techniques.
