About the Role:
">We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to join our team. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, job postings, and interview coordination. You will also contribute to employee engagement activities, develop employer branding content, and participate in recruitment events.
">Responsibilities:
">- Source and screen candidates for various roles within the company.">
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms.">
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.">
- Participate in the interview process, including phone screens and in-person interviews.">
- Support new hire onboarding, preparing welcome materials and assisting with orientation.">
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.">
- Organize and execute employee engagement activities and events.">
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.">
- Develop employer branding content for social media and other platforms.">
- Assist with recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting.">
Requirements:
">- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.">
- Strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).">
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of HR software is a plus.">
