Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Strategist to support our hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing people, HR data, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Design and implement effective interview processes, assessment tools, and onboarding programs.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Extensive experience in managing people, HR data, and HR systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
