Job Description\

As a Senior Rating Analyst in Structured Finance Domestic Ratings, you will play a key role in shaping the credit rating process for transactions of moderate to high complexity.

\

You will be responsible for directing and coordinating the execution of securitisation transactions, supporting team members on complex entities or transactions, and preparing material for ratings publication. Additionally, you will guide your team in assigned credits within a portfolio of transactions, data, and information, assess quarterly financial projections, and support difficult analytical situations.

\

Actively participating in the preparation of rating committee notes and presenting in committees for new issuances and an allocated portfolio of structured finance transactions is also an essential part of this role.

\

This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

\Required Skills & Qualifications\

For this role, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Strong knowledge of structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, and covered bonds.\
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.\
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.\
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.\
  • Relevant experience in structured finance, with a focus on domestic ratings.\
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, including MS Office and/or other software applications.
