Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement credit strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
