The position of Credit Strategist plays a vital role in shaping and executing credit strategies for unsecured personal loans. This entails working on digital underwriting processes and real-time decision engines to facilitate swift, informed credit decisions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive credit strategies for unsecured personal loans
- Collaborate with product and data teams to enhance risk assessment frameworks
- Oversee critical aspects of the loan lifecycle, including disbursement, repayment, and collections
- Monitor portfolio performance and formulate strategic risk mitigation measures
- Stay abreast of regulatory updates, credit trends, and industry benchmarks
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in unsecured personal loans, preferably in a digital lending environment
- Strong understanding of digital lending platforms, including underwriting and credit policies
- Experience working with a fintech or NBFC, ideally one with its own consumer-facing app
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
