Technical Support Specialist

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand technical requirements, and providing ongoing support for the MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Capture a comprehensive set of technical specifications through collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Analyse business needs and identify optimal technical solutions leveraging D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the D365 F&O platform is configured for optimal performance by providing technical support.
  • Maintain, manage, and support the D365 application post-implementation.
  • Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.
  • Develop quality documentation in accordance with industry standards.
  • Manage security roles and user access management.
Requirements:
  • Experience with MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine optimal technical solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and release management.
