Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Finance Project Manager
Job Description:
- Coordinate meetings, document agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and track project plans, issues, and risks, consolidating updates for regular status reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain timely updates and resolve blockers effectively.
- Educate leadership on risk escalations and dependencies for informed decision-making.
- Assign clear ownership for all action items to promote accountability.
- Sustain project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Foster collaboration among business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- In-depth understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- Familiarity with ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
- Strong prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
- Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
