Microsoft Dynamics 365 Quality Assurance Tester

This role involves thorough testing of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy and consistency in its performance.

A successful candidate will be able to develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases effectively. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas requiring additional testing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and possess excellent problem-solving skills along with effective communication and collaboration skills. Strong knowledge of D365 functional aspects and experience with bug tracking tools would be an added advantage.

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans for D365 Sales flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize test requirements.
  • Identify, log, and track defects in the system.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and any risks or issues encountered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
