Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and providing personalized banking, business banking, wealth management, and insurance solutions to meet their financial needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HNI customer needs and preferences, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. They should also be able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

  • Manage HNI client relationships across personal and business banking/financial needs
  • Achieve targets in terms of product mix through effective relationship management
  • Provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze and satisfy client financial, banking, investment, and business needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience working with banks/NBFCs/stock broking firms as a Relationship Manager
  • Knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIF, structured products, banking, and NRI products
  • Strong field sales and client interaction skills
  • Great communication skills with knowledge of local language
