Learning Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS).

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations, encompassing requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure LMS functionalities, including items, curricula, programs, catalogs, domains, assessments, certifications, notifications, and user roles.
  • Manage intricate setups in multi-country, multi-language, and compliance-driven environments.
  • Handle data migration, instance refreshes, and tenant management.
Integration & Technical Workflows:
  • Design and configure integrations between LMS and other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession, and Onboarding.
  • Integrate LMS with Identity Authentication Services, Single Sign-On, and external content providers like SCORM, AICC, xAPI/Tin Can.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom connectors, middleware flows, and API-based integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and compliance across connected systems.
Testing, Training & Support:
  • Conduct unit, regression, UAT, and security testing for LMS and integrated modules.
  • Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and super-user workshops.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Proactively identify system gaps, enhancement opportunities, and automation possibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Mandatory: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certification.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LMS module configurations, workflows, and security models.
  • Practical knowledge of IAS/IPS, SSO, and provisioning.
  • Proficiency in Instance Refresh, system administration, and performance monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of SAP HCM processes and HR best practices.
