Job Description

(1) Establish End-to-End Sales Process

  • You will be responsible for building and managing the sales process from start to finish. This includes identifying and nurturing leads, creating and executing a sales strategy, and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Work closely with SDRs to prospect and identify new opportunities. Build relationships with potential clients and turn them into sales-ready leads.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and meets company objectives.

(2) Inform Product Roadmap and Strategic Decisions

  • As a key member of the team, you will have a significant impact on the product roadmap and strategic decisions. Your insights will shape the direction of the company and help drive growth.
  • Read the pulse of the customer and the market, and inform product and marketing strategies. Help create sales and marketing assets and sales collateral based on customer learnings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive results.


Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (ideally with an early-stage start-up)
  • A sales superstar track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • A people person with unmatched communication and negotiation skills
  • First principles problem-solving
  • High degree of ownership/accountability/dependability
  • Comfortable with independent work and taking initiative
