Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Human Resources Generalist to lead our end-to-end HR operations, drive employee lifecycle management, and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Source, screen, interview, select, and onboard new hires.
  • Coordinate with department heads to determine manpower requirements.
  • Conduct employee inductions and ensure seamless joining formalities.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Develop and execute strategic employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Track KPIs and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS.
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
  • Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
