Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in payroll, statutory compliance, and compensation. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees.

  • Maintain attendance records of all employees, including paid leave, unpaid leave, sick leave, and maternity leave.
  • Maintain salary details of employees, including all break-ups.
  • Ensure receipt of supporting documents related to full and final settlement.
  • Generate employee letters during the employee life cycle.
  • Oversee medical insurance compliance.
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation and training programs.
  • Manage end-to-end exit cases and handle escalations for employee grievances across all entities pertaining to exit and HRIS.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Executive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in payroll and exit management.
  • Experience in executing core HR and engagement processes while leading/working with a team.
  • People and relationship management skills.
  • Stakeholder management expertise.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
