We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team. This role will serve as a key link between management and employees, ensuring HR policies, processes, and programs are implemented effectively. You will provide strategic and operational support across various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on all HR matters.
- Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and investigations.
- Coordinate and support performance management processes (goal setting, feedback, appraisals).
- Assist in the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-based decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects including diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, and wellness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–7 years of relevant HR experience (depending on level).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Experience handling employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
