Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pre-sales executive to join our team at Realtevo Channels Pvt limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads by making cold calls, understanding the needs of potential clients, and inviting them for site visits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make a minimum of 200 calls per day to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

2. Educate clients about properties that match their budgets and expectations.

3. Develop a good understanding of property connectivity, amenities, locations, and configurations.

4. Stay up-to-date with neighboring projects to provide the best possible solutions to clients.

5. Invite clients for site visits to facilitate property viewing.

6. Maintain regular communication with clients until they make a purchase.
