We are looking for an HR Director to lead our HR team at PageTraffic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence of various HR activities and maintaining a healthy work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the hiring process for all critical resources within the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Supervise the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer process and guide team members as needed.

Talent Management:

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by monitoring their job involvement during the initial days and taking corrective measures.
  • Manage HR analytics, including attrition reports, career progression, and retention strategies.
  • Plan and implement an effective Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition program to boost employee morale and retain top talent.
  • Keep regular employee connections via HR Helpdesk, HR Open House, and Floor Walks to gauge the organizational pulse and address sensitive issues.
  • Manage employee/team conflicts and grievances through effective conflict negotiation and grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Conduct exit interviews to understand reasons for employee departure and provide actionable insights to management.

Performance Management System & Talent Development:

  • Ensure the PMS cycle is managed according to the agreed timeline for Goal Setting, KRA finalization, Reviews, Appraisal Discussion, and Roll-out of Appraisal letters.
  • Facilitate dialogue sessions with managers and team members on review and rating.
  • Handle Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases and provide guidance to reporting managers on actionable steps.
  • Evaluate training programs' effectiveness by monitoring organization-wide training activities and adhering to the training calendar.

Candidate Profile and Skill Set:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Management, and a strong grasp of best HR practices in the IT/ITES/BPO industry.
  • Preferably an MBA in HRM or equivalent degree/certification.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliances.
  • Awareness of the industry and knowledge about organizational development techniques suitable for the industry.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing HR Business Partnering models for similar set-ups.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills.
