The Role
Job Description :
- Drive sales activities for Engineered Stone products, with a focus on specification process, proposals, negotiations, and sales closure.
- Maintain excellent relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and interior designers in the given territory.
- Build a pipeline of project opportunities and ensure the successful conversion of specified projects into sales.
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C Sales or Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of standards specifications, application procedures, market intelligence, and strong background in project management and customer relations.
- Experience in Sales, Channel Sales, and Project Sales.
- Exposure in the Tiles, Marble, and Ceramics industries.
- Good communication and sound personality.
- Ability to handle a team and achieve sales targets.
