About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and risk control through data-driven insights.

  • You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth and risk control.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into our retail lending business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize data needs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of information.
  • Lead a team of analysts responsible for data analysis and MIS reporting, providing strategic guidance on data-driven business decisions.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular monitoring and maintenance, identifying opportunities to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth and risk control, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide strong analytical and dispute resolution skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and command the respect of cross-functional teams.
  • Digital exposure is preferred, with experience working with scale and complexity.
  • Assess credit risk and adopt suitable course corrections, providing feedback to central policy and underwriting teams for preventive actions.
  • Establish robust monitoring mechanisms, such as Early Warning Signals and real-time monitoring for all credit products.
  • Proactive research about new markets – product / geography / segment on external data.
  • Periodical scrub of borrower data on credit bureau performance.
