Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing data reporting and supporting business operations with timely insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data reporting and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain databases to store and retrieve critical business information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Design and implement reporting solutions using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
