We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Analytics Leader. As an integral part of our team, you will leverage your extensive experience in marketing, data analytics, statistics, and machine learning to drive data-driven strategies and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and providing training and guidance on analytics best practices. You will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and designing data-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related roles, with at least 3 years' experience in the digital marketing industry. They must have proven track record of managing analytics teams and delivering high-impact projects.
Technical expertise should include advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical techniques, as well as strong experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks. Expertise in data visualization tools and cloud platforms is also desirable.
Able to inspire and motivate teams, build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of marketing analytics concepts, critical thinking skills, and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
