Job Title:

Auditing and Reimbursement Professional

Role Overview:

This role is accountable for managing day-to-day activities of Denials Processing/ Claims follow-up/ Customer Service. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing emails for updates, communicating with insurance carriers, documenting notes in software and spreadsheets, and taking necessary actions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To review emails for any updates on denials, claims, or customer service inquiries.
  2. Call insurance carriers to clarify information, document the conversations in software and spreadsheets, and take appropriate action.
  3. Identify issues that may impact collections or client satisfaction and escalate them to the supervisor.
  4. Update production logs regularly to track progress and performance.
  5. Understand client requirements and specifications of projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  6. Meet daily and monthly collection targets while maintaining high productivity levels.
  7. Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, and follow up on pending claims in a timely manner.
  8. Prepare and maintain status reports for stakeholders, providing clear insights into project progress and challenges.
