Job Title: Remote Amazon Marketplace Specialist (PPC Focus) with Social Commerce

Location: Remote (BUT NEED TO BE WORKING ON CALIFORNIA TIME)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Amazon Marketplace Specialist to drive sales growth through expert management of our Amazon Seller Central account, with a primary focus on Amazon PPC strategy and execution. You will also manage our TikTok Shop and Instagram storefronts, utilize basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop), and support optional expansion to Walmart/eBay. This is a results-driven remote role for a proactive, data-savvy e-commerce professional.

Key Responsibilities1. Amazon Seller Central Management (Primary Focus - 40%)
  • Full-Cycle PPC Management: Strategize, build, optimize, and scale profitable Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Conduct weekly bid adjustments, keyword research, and negative keyword mining.
  • Listing Optimization: Enhance product listings (SEO-rich titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords) to boost organic & paid visibility.
  • Inventory & Order Management: Oversee FBA/FBM inventory, reconcile stock levels, and ensure timely order processing.
  • Reporting: Deliver monthly PPC performance reports with actionable insights.
2. Social Commerce Management (TikTok Shop & Instagram - 30%)
  • Manage product uploads, collections, promotions, and inventory sync for TikTok Shop & Instagram Shopping.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic/sales via platform-specific tactics.
  • Track performance metrics (conversion rates, engagement, revenue).
3. Design & Content Support (10%)
  • Use Canva and basic Photoshop to create/edit product images, infographics, banners, and social media assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketplace and social visuals.
4. Multi-Channel Expansion (10%)
  • Apply marketplace expertise to Walmart.com and eBay (listings, orders, promotions).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expert-Level Amazon PPC: 2+ years managing $10k+/month ad spend with proven ROAS/ACoS improvement.
  • Advanced Amazon Seller Central Proficiency: Buy Box health, FBA, listing optimization, brand registry.
  • TikTok Shop & Instagram Shopping: Hands-on store management experience.
  • Design Tools: Basic Photoshop (cropping, layers, exporting) + Canva proficiency.
  • Remote Work Competency: Self-motivated, disciplined, and communicative in a virtual environment.
  • Analytics: Ability to interpret data (Excel/Google Sheets, Amazon Analytics, TikTok Insights).
  • Core Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, meets deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Walmart Marketplace and/or eBay.
  • Amazon DSP or Vine Program knowledge.
  • Experience with tools (e.g., Helium 10, Sellics, Jungle Scout).
Remote Work Requirements
  • Dedicated quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Work needs to done during business hours (California TIME - 7 AM - 3 PM PST).
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana/Trello).
  • Should be ok to Install a remote monitoring software at their workstation
