Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Manager to manage and improve operational workflows for IP protection services, build strong client relationships, and play a key operational and strategic role in developing and managing new business models while driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage all enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results.
  • Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Operational Execution: Work closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and (AI) innovation.
  • Business Development: Partner with the CCO to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a passion for innovation and growth.
