Job Opportunity

  • A Telecommunications Representative is needed to expand business relationships with clients in the finance sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing connections with customers, updating customer databases, and addressing client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making calls to active and potential clients to encourage the purchase of items.
  • Addressing client concerns, complaints, and suggestions in a timely manner.
  • Noting important details from each conversation.
  • Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closure.
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Customer service experience preferably in the finance industry.
