Job Opportunity
- A Telecommunications Representative is needed to expand business relationships with clients in the finance sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing connections with customers, updating customer databases, and addressing client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Making calls to active and potential clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Addressing client concerns, complaints, and suggestions in a timely manner.
- Noting important details from each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closure.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Participating in regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Customer service experience preferably in the finance industry.
