Talent Acquisition Leader

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the organization;
  • Align recruitment practices with business goals and workforce planning initiatives;
  • Drive a culture of excellence and engagement through strategic talent management;
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, across all roles and positions;
  • Ensure timely closure of critical positions while continuously improving recruitment processes;
  • Leverage technology and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency;
  • Collaborate with HR, department heads, and leadership to understand hiring needs and drive collaborative recruitment processes;
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards;
  • Analyze and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire;
  • Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and optimize hiring outcomes;
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices to attract a diverse and talented workforce.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment;
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior and psychology;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient in using technology and tools for recruitment and talent management;
