Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for building strong corporate relationships, identifying and acquiring new clients, and providing exceptional placement opportunities to our candidates.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through strategic networking and outreach efforts
- Screen and share relevant candidate profiles with clients, collecting feedback and referrals
- Develop and deliver training programs, including interview training sessions, orientation programs, resume building, and mock interviews
- Support stakeholders by providing the best placement opportunities to their candidates
- Conduct on-campus and off-campus drives, job fairs, alumni meets, recruiter meets, and industry expos
- Collect feedback, reviews, and referrals from students
- Monitor and implement organizational policies, handling grievances with a positive and unbiased approach
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
