Key Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and manage project plans aligned with client goals and expectations.

  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers.
  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation.
  • Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results.
  • Optimize resource utilization across tools, bandwidth, and partnerships.

About the Role

This role requires leadership and strategic thinking. As Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion. You will lead a team of experts in instructional design, development, and delivery. The Ideal Candidate
