Job Title: Sr. Learning Management Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Learning Management Specialist to administer all activities on our Learning Management System (LMS). This includes managing user accounts, permissions, and training trainers on the LMS tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all activities on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage LMS user accounts, permissions
  • Train the trainers on LMS tool
  • Upload, organize, and maintain all digital learning content within the LMS
  • Analyze, update, and refine existing online content
  • Create and manage learning dashboards
Content Development
  • Prepare and curate SOPs for each department
  • Manage and update the training content repository
  • Manage the content creation of e-learning modules through external vendors
  • Create bite-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Hospitality experience is an added advantage
  • Fluent in English language
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with PPT, WORD, EXCEL
  • Proficiency in using Canva and video making software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
  • Vendor management and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills
