Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive sustainable business growth by identifying new opportunities and building long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential B2B sales opportunities and assess client needs.
  • Actively prospect for new clients via cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective corporate clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate RERA Consultants LLP's services and capabilities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and financial metrics.
  • Ensure product and service demonstrations are well-prepared and aligned with client expectations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or a similar sales role.
  • Strong proficiency in English and MS Office applications.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies and effective negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master complex products and services.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in education, real estate, or a similar industry.
