Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Property Management, including knowledge of facility management, compliance, and day-to-day maintenance and asset operations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including MEP, HVAC, civil, and housekeeping.
  • Ability to inspect and analyze electrical systems and equipment for signs of damage or wear.
  • Experience in performing routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Knowledge of lighting systems, firefighting, and air-conditioning basics.
  • Ability to prepare infrastructure O&M budgets and ensure compliance.
  • Strong understanding of statutory and safety compliances, including National Building Code, Electrical Codes, and Safety Standards.
