Community Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled and organized Community Executive to lead community engagement while ensuring efficient operations management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Develop strong relationships with community members, manage onboarding of new members, organize events, workshops, and networking sessions, collect and act on feedback to improve community satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, and supplies, ensure smooth delivery of services, maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Sales: Develop strategies to attract new members, conduct tours, present the co-working space's value proposition, negotiate membership contracts, build relationships with existing members, upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in office administration or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client-handling skills.
  • Budgeting and vendor negotiation experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with event planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Ability to travel to different centers as required.
