Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design, implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and be able to architect scalable and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for implementing and testing solutions, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Implementing and testing solutions
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery
  • Hands-on experience managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Expertise in maintaining CI class, attributes, and relationship properties for all Configuration Items (CIs)
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery solutions
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Automated Test Frameworks (ATFs)
  • Experience in maintaining data certifications and managing the CMDB health dashboard
