We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, and integration of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow FSM modules
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices, standards, and security guidelines
  • Provide technical consultation to clients and internal teams
  • Guide the team in designing, configuring, and customizing FSM and related modules
  • Champion innovation and quality across all ServiceNow-related projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value delivery and adoption of FSM features
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow FSM module
  • Experience with Workforce and Resource Management, Work Order Management, Appointment Scheduling and Dispatch, Map-based and Calendar-based Dispatcher Views, Mobile App for FSM Agents, Surveys and Analytics, Asset and Inventory Management, and Now Assist for FSM
  • Experience in implementing or integrating with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Custom Service Portals
