Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Servicenow SLO Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on Sales and Order Management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) module as per organizational requirements
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow core platform for seamless data flow
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define and manage integrations with external and internal systems
  • Provide ongoing platform/module support to users by addressing their queries and issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes typically followed in organizations
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow SOM module
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
