  • We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with 10-12 years of IT experience to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions across Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Field Service Management (FSM) modules
  • The architect will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into robust ServiceNow platform solutions, designing integrations with ERP, CRM, and external systems, and ensuring compliance with scalability and security standards
  • Key responsibilities include leading module configuration/customization, developing technical specifications, building reusable workflows, mentoring junior team members, and driving automation initiatives
  • The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for API/web services integration, conducting workshops, and ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture and best practices
  • This is a 12-month contractual engagement with Awign Expert, a division of Awign, Indias largest work-as-a-service platform, offering remote opportunities with full-time availability
