Funding and Growth Specialist

**Role Overview**: Clay Capital is a leading provider of investment banking services, and we are looking for a talented Funding and Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their debt funding needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. You will also build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including AIFs, DFIs, PE funds, and foreign lenders, to identify potential funding opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record of sourcing and originating debt funding opportunities. You will also have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the NBFC sector and its various sub-sectors. Our compensation package includes a base salary of $250,000, plus bonus potential of up to 30% of your annual base salary, and a range of benefits that support your overall well-being.
