Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for scaling our Strategic Alliances with key partners.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working with clients or managed accounts across technical, presales, and technical account management. They will have a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and app marketing, as well as previous experience in a success or support engineer role for a software-as-a-service company.

This role involves driving programs for recruitment, onboarding, and go-to-market execution with partners to assist in business development and services support. This includes onboarding customers with integration support, driving adoption of the product, and building relationships with marketing and product team POCs of the customer.

The successful candidate will be able to understand customer requirements and see how they can add value in various ways. They will take ownership of the relationship post-sales and grow the customer, championing the product and being an evangelist. Empathy is crucial in this client-facing role, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
