Senior Security Management Position

This is a high-level security management position responsible for the overall security and vigilance of our organization. The successful candidate will be in charge of implementing and maintaining aviation security measures related to our employees, assets, and operations.
The Security Operations Manager will have direct reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring security management systems that suit the scope of our operations. This includes ensuring compliance with industry requirements, regulatory authorities, and improving cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing security programs to ensure effective security management.
- Maintaining minimum standards for staff recruitment through BU level S&V and HR formations.
- Arranging background checks for all GHA staff recruited through BU level S&V and HR formations.
- Arranging imparting of AVSEC Awareness training periodically through BU level S&V, HR, and L&TD formations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Must have undergone Basic AVSEC course conducted by BCAS.
- More than 15 years of working experience in aviation Safety and Security with extensive exposure to overall aviation security functions.
- Officer with BCAS/Defense background will have additional weightage and advantage.
